Trial Member Info

Steps required to become a prospective/trial [AE] clan member are as follows:

1) Get a recommendation from a current clan member, fill out our join form (Join AE) and click "Submit".
Important Note: Recommendation by an existing [AE] member is required! Failure to have a recommendation from an existing clan member will result in your join request being disregarded.

2) Then re-confirm your request by replying to the reply e-mail we send you back.

3) After you've completed the emailing steps you'll need to come and play with the clan on any regularly scheduled playing night to tryout.

4) When you pass the tryout we will e-mail you back at which point you will then need to agree our trial member & clan guidelines in writing via e-mail.

5) Once we get your guidelines confirmation you will then need to correspond with the clan via e-mail to select an available [AE] ID number.
Note: Trial members have their name set off by the ASCII character "*". For example, *[AE]* 417 or *[AE]* 417 Sxualdivi8.

6) Then once the [AE] ID number is approved via email by the clan's leadership team it will be sent out via e-mail to the new trial member and they must play using the designated name during all clan activities and on our server(s).

Additional Trial Member Information
The trial member period is for three weeks. After that time, based on the trial members performance in practice/matches each trial member will be voted on for acceptance into the clan.

In order to be accepted into the clan a minimum approval vote consisting of 3/4 of the existing clan members for the game division you primarily play will be required.

If a prospective/trial clan member does not meet the expectations of the clan, adhere to it's rules, provides false information to the clan, doesn't attend enough practices during the trial period (minimum requirement is one half), or doesn't get enough of a current member approval vote they will not become a [AE] clan member.

Listed below is what is expected of prospective/trial [AE] clan member(s):

1) Being multi-class capable (you must be able to play at least 2 classes fairly well) if the game platform is team based with multiple classes.

2) Not showing objection to being told what to do by fellow clan members while playing.

3) Being able to take shit and dish it (as needed)!

4) Have an almost perfect attendance on the designated playing nights during your trial period. Failure to show up for almost all of them will most likely result in you NOT be voted into the clan.

5) Adhere & follow to the guidelines set forth for regular clan members.
