[AE] Affiliate & Alliance Clan Information

The [AE] ASSEATER CLAN welcomes partnerships with other clans and gaming organizations.

An official [AE] ASSEATER Clan alliance clan is an independently run clan that attends at least one of the [AE] clans practices, recruits from the people who can't join [AE] (for any given reason), and helps out the [AE] clan in other ways than just playing in clan battles/scrimmages. The [AE] ASSEATER Clan only designates one clan as it's official alliance clan for each mod/game it endorses.

An official [AE] ASSEATER Clan affiliate clan is an independently run clan that does not attend [AE] practices, doesn't assist the [AE] clan in any official way other than lending their players on a 'as needed' basis for [AE] clan battles and vise versa. The [AE] ASSEATER Clan can designate as many clans as required, to be it's affiliates (even if it doesn't endorse the particular game/mod).

All requests for alliance or affiliates will be considered. In order to become an [AE] alliance or affiliate clan the motion must be approved by three quarters of the clans members for the game/mod division it pertains to. This is conducted via a vote among our members after establishing a repor with the prospective clan affiliate (which could be anywhere from two weeks to several months depending on how long it takes to establish a solid team report).

[AE] Affiliate & Alliance Clans Member Guidelines:

That the clan keeps up a good communication level with the [AE] clan members via e-mail, the [AE] clans forum, IRC, Steam friends or any other form of Instant Messaging.

That the affiliate clan is not an affiliate to any other clan besides [AE].

That the clan primarily plays the mod/game which it is requesting affiliation with the particular game/mod division of the [AE] clan.

That the clan respects the request made by [AE] clan members while playing on our servers.

That the clan members respect each others flag/point captures for team based games/mods while in general game play (on any server).

That the clan uses [AE] clan members for scrimmages and battles on 'as needed' basis.

If an affiliate/alliance clan violates any of the above guidelines the [AE] ASSEATER Clan reserves the right to terminate the alliance/affiliate relationship immediately without notice to the clan in question.

Affiliate/Alliance Clan Tag Designations:

While playing with the [AE] clan in a Match or Scrimmage the Affiliate/Alliance clan should wear the following tags in order to identify themselves as [AE] clan Affiliate/Alliance clans:

Any clan designated as an official affiliate will need to display the suffix tag: [AEAC]

Any clan designated as an official alliance clan will need to display the suffix tag [AEA]

Use of the suffix affiliate/alliance clan tags at any other time, is purely optional!

Limited use of our server(s) for your clan battles/scrimmages (if requested).

[AEAC] & [AEA] clan tag protection on our server(s) (if requested).

The right to recruit new members for your clan on our server(s) (if requested).

Limited administration privileges/rights on our public/private server(s) (if requested).

A private board for your clans use on the [AE] forums (if requested).
